Puppy Policies

Application

The Puppy Application must be submitted and approved before I will schedule visitors or accept a deposit.

Visitors

Most breeders will not allow visitors due to the biosecurity risk. At this time, I am accepting scheduled visits provided your entire party will follow my biosecurity protocol:

●Shoes are to be removed before entering the house.

●Hands are to be sanitized before handling animals.

●Children must be kept under control and respectful of all animals on the property.

●Nonresident animals are not allowed on the property.

●No visits within 48 hours of anyone in your party being in a high-volume animal environment (i.e. animal shelter, dog park, vet’s office, livestock auction, hoarding situation, etc.)

Health Guarantee

All puppies will be weaned and up to date on vaccinations and dewormer before leaving on or after the date they turn 8-weeks-old. Puppies are deemed healthy before pick up or transport and guaranteed for two years against any debilitating congenital condition. See contract for details.

Socialization

All puppies are handled regularly from birth. I raise puppies under foot in our home with my family. Puppies will receive plenty of exposure to adults, children, other pets, household sounds, and early grooming. For initial housetraining I use a combination of puppy pads and litter training, as outdoor time is often restricted for weather or safety.

AKC Registration

Not applicable for PomChi puppies.

Chihuahua and CKCS puppies come with limited AKC registration. Full registration may be available in some cases, please inquire.

Microchips

All puppies have a microchip preregistered to me. The chip will be transferred to you, but I am to be left as a backup contact indefinitely in the event your pet has been recovered, and you cannot be reached. Likewise, no puppies born here should ever be surrendered to any animal control or rescue agency: they can always be returned to me.

Pricing

PomChis starting at $600.

AKC Chihuahuas starting at $1,500.

AKC Cavalier King Charles Spaniels starting at $2,000.

Waitlists

I utilize waitlists for future litters or puppies too young to reserve. The waitlist secures your place in line for when puppies become available for reservations. Waitlist spots are forfeited for no response. A deposit must be placed to hold your puppy once reservations are open. Please submit an application to be added to the waitlist.

Holds and Deposits

I hold puppies with deposit until 8-weeks of age. Special arrangements must be made to hold a puppy more than a week after the wean date (or for already weaned puppies: within one weeks of your inquiry).  The non-refundable deposit is $100 and goes toward the total of your puppy.   I will not hold any animal longer than 24 hours without a deposit due to the high number of no-shows.

Pick Up

Pick up is at my home in Bridge Creek. I place no-shows on my Do Not Sell list.

Ground Transport or Flight Nanny

I will be offering limited ground transport routes for 2026. Details will be posted to the farm’s Facebook page when available.

I do NOT ship puppies! Puppies must ride in cabin with an escort. I can meet you or your flight nanny at Will Rogers Int. (OKC). I may also offer a flight nanny service personally when my schedule allows.
